The Blue-Gold All-Star High School Basketball Games will take place on March 15th, 2014 at 12:30 pm in the Bob Carpenter Center at the University of Delaware. The annual All-Star Banquet will precede the games on March 13th. The Blue-Gold Basketball Games is one of the many charities that Kimmel Carter supports each year.
