Patrick Wenk is an associate attorney in the Newark office of Kimmel, Carter, Roman, Peltz & O'Neill, P.A. Mr. Wenk obtained his undergraduate degree from Rutgers College. Upon graduation, Patrick served his community as a Delaware State Trooper for 20 years. During his tenure with law enforcement, he became an authority in the Delaware traffic laws. Driving Under the Influence laws inspired him to attend Widener Law School at night while working full time as a uniformed trooper.

Patrick was admitted to the Delaware Bar in 2014, and continued to serve his community as a Delaware State Trooper. Patrick's legal acumen was used in its real life application to train police, attorneys, and judges.

Patrick used his knowledge of the law to develop instrumental policies and procedures for DUI investigations and Motor Vehicle Collisions within the Delaware State Police.
​
During his career, he progressed through the rank within the Delaware State Police, retiring as a Lieutenant. He is honored to pursue his passion of plaintiff law as an attorney at Kimmel, Carter, Roman, Peltz & O'Neill.
