About the Role

We are seeking an organized and proactive Marketing Coordinator to support our Marketing Director in executing effective marketing strategies that drive brand awareness and meet business goals. This role requires a keen eye for detail, creative flair, and a strong sense of initiative. You’ll work closely with the Marketing Director on all marketing activities, handling day-to-day tasks to ensure smooth operations.

Job Type: Full-time / In Office / M-F 8:30a - 5:00p
Salary: Starting $40,000 annually

Responsibilities:
• Support Marketing Strategy Execution: Assist in implementing marketing strategies to enhance brand visibility and achieve company objectives.
• Assist in Campaign Management: Help plan, create, and execute email marketing campaigns, including content drafting, scheduling, and tracking campaign performance.
• Social Media Management: Support the creation and posting of social media content across various platforms, monitoring engagement, and responding to followers under the guidance of the Marketing Director.
• Budget Tracking: Assist in monitoring marketing budgets, ensuring resources are allocated effectively, and help in budget reporting.
• Copywriting and Content Support: Contribute to the creation of marketing materials by drafting copy for website content, social media posts, newsletters, and other promotional materials as needed.
• Market Research Support: Help conduct research on industry trends, customer demographics, and competitor activities to support data-driven decisions.
• Analytics and Reporting: Use analytics tools to gather data and support the evaluation of marketing initiatives, providing insights to the Marketing Director for performance improvement.
• Event Coordination Assistance: Help plan team events, including sourcing and coordinating with vendors, managing invites and RSVPs, and ensuring event logistics run smoothly.
• Networking and Community Engagement: Attend select networking and community events with the Marketing Director to represent the brand. Occasional travel, including weekends or after-hours, may be required (with time and mileage reimbursement).

Requirements

·         Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, or related field

·         SEO experience is a plus

·         Familiarity with tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, Sprout Social, Wix Web/Wix Email Marketing
