Congratulations to Kimmel Carter Managing Partner Lawrance Kimmel and Partner Jonathan O’Neill, who have been selected to the 2017 Delaware Super Lawyers® list in the personal injury – plaintiff category.

In addition to having won several multimillion dollar settlements, both attorneys have received numerous professional honors and awards. Jon, who is the current President of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, was named a Delaware Super Lawyers Rising Star in 2012, 2013, 2014, and 2015. He has also been named a Delaware Today “Top Lawyer” 2014-2016, Philadelphia Magazine “Top Attorney” 2012-2015 and is also rated by Martindale-Hubble.
Larry, who was selected to the Delaware Super Lawyers Rising Stars List for the past five years, has also been named a Delaware Today “Top Lawyer” in 2015 and 2016, was selected to the exclusive Delaware Business Times DBT40 List in 2015 and maintains the widely respected AV Preeminent rating from Martindale-Hubbell.
In addition to his honors and leadership role at Kimmel Carter, Larry devotes much of his time to protecting the rights of personal injury plaintiffs and workers’ compensation claimants. As the former president of the Delaware Trial Lawyers Association, he now resides on the current governing board of the DTLA and was also a former chair of the Workers’ Compensation Section of the DSBA.
