In a recent victory, Larry collected a $2.3 million settlement for a client who sustained a traumatic brain injury as a result of an auto accident. In 2019 alone, Larry has collected more than 13 million for clients he represents in personal injury cases. This year, a more notable case involved a private plane crash. Larry’s client survived the crash with life-changing injuries and through litigation, collected over $800,000.

Kimmel Carter President, Bill Peltz has a long-standing record for getting injured workers every dollar of compensation they deserve. In a recent victory, Bill collected $2.2 million for a worker involved in an auto accident while on the job.
Jonathan O’Neill
Kimmel Carter Partner, Jon O’Neill recognized by Delaware Today as the top-voted lawyer for workers’ compensation of 2019, has had multiple six-figure settlements for injured workers. Jon recently received $1.0 million arbitration for a client involved in a pedestrian work-related crash.
